Hamper Delivery
Order Terms
Trading Hours
Hello Hampers trading hours are as follow:
9am - 5pm Monday To Friday
Closed Saturday and Sunday
Order received outside this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
All orders placed by 9.30am AEST will be shipped that day(*). All other orders will be dispatched that day for delivery to their destination. Time required for delivery is dependant on location and is outlined in shipping & freight.
(*) Excluding Christmas orders - see below.
* Special instructions are welcome and specific dates that you would like your gift to be delivered can be accommodated within courier guidelines and delivery outside of weekends providing sufficient time is allowed.
* Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be shipped the next business working day. For e.g. If you placed your order for delivery to Brisbane on Friday at 4.00pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (Brisbane metro).
All Hampers/Gift Basket delivered outside our daily delivery areas are packaged in a single carton with shockproof packing surrounding them for transport protection so they arrive at their destination the same way they left our premises.
Alcohol
If your hamper contains alcohol you must ensure that a responsible person over the age of 18 is available to take delivery of the hamper. Hampers that contain alcohol WILL NOT BE LEFT unattended if no one is home for the delivery. A second delivery charge may be applicable if the hamper is undelivered on the reuested day.
Courier Companies (Third Party)
Third Party Courier companies have their own guidelines and parameters and we must abide by the information they give us. Occasionally a destination may not be within the couriers delivery zone or could be a different price than normal. This usually applies to country areas.

INSURANCE
Hello Hampers Pty Ltd is not responsibile goods once they leave our premises. We we can provide transit insurance against Theft/Loss and Damage at an additional cost.
Notification and payment of transit Insurance MUST be paid in fullat time of initial purchase. (usually around $3.00 per hamper for upto $1000.00 cover)
Hello Hampers at times use third party couriers and Hello Hampers cannot be held responsible for late delivery of goods and as such delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast & Toowoomba: next day delivery - for orders placed by 2.00pm
North QLD - Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns : Delivery 3-7 days
Sydney Metro: next Day for orders placed by 11.30am, all other placed by 2.00pm will be delivered next working day after that.
NSW Country delivery 3 -7 days
Melbourne Metro, 2 days
All rest VIC Country 3-7 days delivery
All the rest of Australia including Perth, WA, NT, TAS, QLD country and SA Country : delivery 4-9 working days $45.00
Overseas Delivery - We deliver to most global destinations.
Hello Hampers Sales team will contact you regarding delivery costs once Customs and associated estimates have been collected if you proceed then we will take credit card payment over the phone. We also accept direct deposit, or money order . Your order will be shipped on receipt of payment.
Estimates for overseas parcels may vary due to packing and weight from the actual cost of sending the parcel and additional costs if any will be paid using the initial credit card information provided by you. Hello Hampers will notify you of any additional charges when they occur.
The sender is responsible for all in country cost associated with the delivery of the hamper inclusing Custom and Excise costs.

Father’s Day in Australia is celebrated on the first Sunday of September. It is a day for people to show their appreciation for their father or the father figure that help to raise them and guide them through life. Father figures may include stepfathers, fathers-in-law, guardians (eg. foster parents), and family friends.
Many Australians celebrate Father’s Day by showing their appreciation for their fathers or father figures. This may be done in several ways some examples follow:
A day out in the park, at the movies, at a zoo, or another place of interest.
Handmade or purchased cards.
Presents such as food baskets, chocolates, clothing, equipment for hobbies, or gift vouchers.
Breakfasts, brunches, lunches, or dinners either at home, at a restaurant, or at a café.
Father’s Day charity activities, such as fun runs or purchasing special gifts, to raise money for causes such as services for the visually impaired or research on prostate cancer.
Some fathers and father figures receive adventures or experiences as Father’s Day gifts. They may include a quad bike adventure, swimming with whale sharks, or abseiling.
This list is only sets out a few ways to show your appreciation but most importantly the one main objective of the day is to be able to spend time with Dad and continue and strengthen the bond of Love between Father and his children
