Alcohol may be included in your hamper when ordering.
Hampers that contain alchol will not be left at the delivery address if no one is home or there is no adult present to receive the delivery. |

| Yes your purchase is covered by our 100% guarantee. If on delivery you notice a problem simply return the Hamper or product to us within 4 days and we will replace the hamper or product absolutely free. Guarantee does not cover delivery cost as we have no control over third party providers. |

Cancellation by You

Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment have been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.

| What are my payment options? |
Payment will generally be by means of a legal current Credit Card. However at the discretion of the directors only accounts may be opened in some cases after completion of required documentation. All account transactions will be strictly 14 days.
Goods will not be sent unless payment has been processed or account authorisation granted. |

| Delivery time frames? |
Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter or provide us with the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense and your credit card will be debited the re-delivery amount.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels (as per our delivery information page). While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. When a re-delivery is required a redelivery fee of $10.00 will be charged. Goods will not be left unattended. We recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be available between the hours of 9am and 4pm for businesses and up to 5:30pm for home addresses on the delivery day.
Deliveries containing alcohol
Couriers will return all local orders (Sunshine Coast) containing alcohol to our premises when no one is at home. We recommend that you enter a delivery address where someone will be available between the hours of 9am and 4pm for businesses and up to 5.30pm for home addresses on the delivery day.
It is the responsibility of the customer (you) to inform Hello Hampers Pty Ltd if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 4pm, and to home addresses up until 5:30pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.
For Local deliveries only (Sunshine Coast) If the incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no one at home or a responsible person it can be left with, our couriers will return the goods to the factory and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Redelivery will incur a charge, calculated according to the delivery address and order details. To avoid these costs, please carefully consider the delivery address you enter.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery.

YES! Goods may be sent Overseas.
You will be responsible for prepayment of all Delivery related expenses including but not limited to Customs, Shipping and or Local and Overseas taxes where applicable.
Or you may choose to place your order and request we use an associate company overseas to fulfill your order.
Use of an Associate company will incure an Admin fee of $25.00 AU. |
