Can you deliver straight to my client’s new home?
Yes. Enter your client’s address at checkout, or include it with each order. Please allow for processing and delivery times when choosing a handover date.
How much does delivery cost?
For online orders to a single address, Standard Shipping Australia-wide is $20 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post may be offered at checkout at calculated rates. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Can we set up regular orders?
Yes. Send us an enquiry with your expected volume and budget, and we’ll confirm hamper options and pricing in a written quote.
Do your hampers contain alcohol?
Some hampers include wine or sparkling wine. Alcohol can only be sold and delivered to people aged 18 or over. Let us know if you need alcohol-free options.
