Welcome to Hello Hampers (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate hellohampers.com.au and provide gift hampers, corporate gifting services and related products and services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases from Hello Hampers.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. Access and Account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, delivery and payment information.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and login details secure.
You must notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.

2. Products

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and contents.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings.
Styling props and decorations are not included unless expressly listed in the product description.
Product availability may change, particularly during seasonal and high-demand periods.
If a listed item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement, revised order or refund. Material substitutions will require your agreement.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation and product availability.
Once an order is accepted, we will prepare it according to the confirmed product details.
We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or additional delivery information is required.
Purchases may be made for personal gifting, business gifting and corporate gifting purposes.
Resale of Hello Hampers products under our branding requires our prior written consent.

4. Pricing and Billing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Applicable delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
Product prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted.
The confirmed price for an accepted order will not be changed without your agreement.
You must provide accurate billing and payment details.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available within Australia to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
Standard delivery is $20 for orders under $100.
Free standard delivery applies to eligible orders of $100 or more delivered to one Australian address.
Other delivery options may be available and will be displayed at checkout.
Standard order processing generally takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, location, weather, public holidays and other circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate and accessible delivery information.
Additional charges may apply where a delivery fails because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delivery problems, missing items and damaged goods will be assessed in accordance with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, photographs, graphics, product names and designs belong to Hello Hampers or their respective rights holders.
You may browse and use our website for lawful personal and business purchasing purposes.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and is not the seller of Hello Hampers products.

Information may be shared with payment providers, couriers and other necessary service providers for order processing and fulfilment.

Marketing communications are managed separately from transactional order communications, in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

25. Corporate and Bulk Gifting

Hello Hampers welcomes corporate and bulk gifting enquiries.

Corporate orders are quoted individually, considering hamper selection, quantity, packaging, delivery destinations and availability.
Product availability, pricing, freight, preparation and dispatch arrangements will be confirmed in writing.
Bespoke branding and customisation are subject to availability and written agreement.
A corporate enquiry does not constitute an accepted order or reserve stock.
Any additional quotation, payment or cancellation conditions will be provided in writing before the order is accepted.
Nothing in these terms affects applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

26. Alcohol-Containing Gift Hampers

Alcohol-containing hampers are offered subject to applicable Australian legal requirements and delivery conditions.
Alcohol-containing hampers may only be supplied to eligible adults aged 18 years or over, under the applicable gifting arrangements.
Age and recipient verification may be required before delivery.
If applicable delivery requirements cannot be satisfied, Hello Hampers may arrange an appropriate alternative, revised order or refund in consultation with the purchaser.
Alcohol-free gifting alternatives may be available on request.
